While our main focus is on residential projects of all sizes, we have also developed and successfully completed multiple projects on commercial sites.

Terraforma Design is a landscape design-build contractor which means we design with the intent to carryout and oversee the installation of our projects. This allows us to make sure that the project is completed to our discretion, specifications and sophistication.  However, we will provide a landscape plan for a fee. The fee will vary depending on the specifics of the project.

On-Site Consultation
Whatever the size and scope of your project, an on-site consultation is a great place to start. We are happy to meet with you at your site to discuss your needs and desires.  From there, we will recommend a design package that best fits your project.  On-site consultations done to discuss ideas for your landscape and will be charged at $65 per hour if you choose not to proceed through the design process.  With this charge, we will leave you with a sketch of the property done on site along with notes of ideas for your project.  

Plan Preperation
After meeting with you, Terraforma Design will provide the necessary services and materials to create a comprehensive landscape plan for your designated area(s) which includes a professional design printed to scale, price estimates and project details.  Terraforma Design offers a variety of design service packages, starting at $300. This retainer fee will be credited towards your final installation invoice.

Presentation
After the on-site consultation, we will schedule a time to present your landscape design to you at your residence.  By presenting the plan on-site, we can easily layout patios, bed lines and other details to help visualize the project as a whole.  We will provide a contract for the entire installation process with a lump sum proposal for our installation service.  At this time, we will also discuss the next available installation time and the estimated project completion date.

Installation
Complete landscape installation is our pride and joy.  We have a exceptional ability to take your project from start to finish while keeping you involved every step of the way.  In order to be fair to all clients, installation dates are first come, first serve.  Therefore, a 50% down payment is required to hold a date on our installation schedule.  The remaining balance of the contract total is due upon completion of the project.

Warranty
Because we know and trust the service partners we work with, all work installed by Terraforma Design is under warranty.  Please ask us about our plant and hardscape warranties.
